I first met Jimmie at Richard Wayne and My Wedding. He was a very friendly man. When he would call Richard we always talked and he always said something to make me laugh. Those phone calls will be missed!!!

I remember when I was a kid Richard and Barbara (my grandparents) took me down to his farm one summer and I really liked his tractor and I offered him all the change I had I belive it was around a dollar and he said he'll take it and when I was ready for it to come and get it, now every time I think about it I can't help but smile. He will be missed.

Jimmy was a great brother-in-law. He was a wonderful husband to our sister Rose and a wonderful son-in-law to our Mother. He took me one time on the road when he drove a Semi to help keep him awake, First thing I did was fall asleep once we were on the road. He never took me anymore. I will always remember that trip. Jimmie you will be missed.

Love the picture you chose. Jimmy's picture is a perfect reflection of his personality. A ready smile and a desire for a good time.

Jimmy was the best brother-in-law you could ask for. He will be terribly missed. He was such a great husband to my sister Rose and helped so many people. I remember the good times we had together. He was such a help to our mother Virginia. He was always there for her and Smitty my stepfather. He was never one to show a lot of affection but he really cared deeply about Rose and his sons.

So sorry to hear of Uncle Jimmy passing. He always had a smile on his face. Had some great times visiting him and Aunt Rose.
