Adley Johnson Obituary

Adley May Johnson, infant daughter of Brett Johnson and Caitlynn Embry of Hartford, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 25, 2019. She was born on Friday at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Terry Keith Johnson and paternal great-grandparents, Anna Sue Rhoades, Junior Rhoades, Helen Johnson and Horace Johnson and maternal great-grandparents, Jessie Goodman, Linda Nelson, Elden Sims and Jimmy Graham.

Aside from her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Nona Embry of Owensboro and Terry Sims of McHenry; maternal grandmother, Sandy Johnson of Hartford; Maternal great-grandparents, Patty Goodman, Linda Sims and Keith Nelson; Uncles and Aunts, Brad Rhoades, Brock Johnson, Whitney (Craig) Phelps, Kayli Cleveland, Karlei Cleveland and Chayton Sims and great-aunts and uncles, Jamie (Kody) West, Josh (Ashley) West, Tiffany (Matthew) Deweese, Enoch (Anna) Nelson, Lisa Graham, Patsy Belcher and Karen Reyer.

Private family graveside services will be held at Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry with Mark Hatfield officiating.
