Helen M (Hoffman) Jamieson

Helen M. Jamieson, 95, of Owensboro, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 4, 2018. She was born February 15, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Fred Hoffman and Bessie Mae Hancock Hoffman. Ms. Jamieson retired after over 30 years of service to Agar Food Products in Chicago. She was also a member of Victor Baptist Church in Alsip, Illinois.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers; three sisters; and a grandson, John Morrison.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory a devoted son, Ray (Beverly) Morrison of Owensboro; two grandsons, James (Wendy) Morrison of Vero Beach, Florida, and Ray (Elaine) Morrison of Hartford; ten great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 6, 2018 at Sunnydale Cemetery in Hartford, Kentucky with Rev. Ed Mitchell officiating. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
