Winter was lifted up on angel wings to meet her Heavenly Father. She was a special, young woman so dearly loved.
To my many former students related to Winter, please know I am sending special hugs to each of you. Indeed my heart is broken, too.
To Tim and her "buddy", Uncle Gary, it is important you trust in the Lord. Know that Winter did.

I remember her as a toddler, she turned out to be a beautiful young adult. Wish we could have gotten to know her before her passing. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

I didn't know Winter very well but, I do know that she was a kind hearted person. She made tons of people happy and gave such good advice. She is gone but will never be forgotten. My prayers are with her family and friends.

Winter was a charming and dear friend. She loved and cared for many people and her friends. Her spirit was always kind and she always had a smile on her face. She'd laugh and smile at one another's jokes and she'd go about her day like nothing in the world was wrong. She wouldn't show too much emotion and wouldn't let too many people in. I pray for each and every person that she touched in life and had an impact on. I also pray for all of her family and friends. Winter was a good friend to me and she really gave me some good advice to live and not let others mistreat me and upset me. I'll never forget that.

To lose a child leaves a hole never to be filled, always hollow, always echoing the loss. Though this hole will never close, never be filled, always ache, always remind yourself how blessed you were to have had her as long as you did. It was obvious to everyone who knew her that her love for her family knew no bounds. She always chose family... Whatever spoke to her heart that night had adopted a trusted voice, one she knew would keep her safe. Winter walks with the angels now, watching you now with the same vigilance she knew as a child in her father's arms.
