Fanya Lynn Swift

Fanya Lynn Swift, 51, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022 at her residence. She was born December 21, 1970 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Charles Swift and Maurine Smothers Swift. Fanya attended White Ridge Baptist Church in Butler County. She worked as a CNA.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Charles Edward Swift, Brothers, Terry Skaggs, Richard Neal Swift; sister, Kathy Whitlow and two sisters-in-law, Inis Swift and Sandy Swift.

Survivors include her son, Cody MCIntyre of Okinawa, Japan; six siblings, Margaret “Cookie” Hudson of Beaver Dam, Buddy Swift of Morgantown, Rocky Swift of Beaver Dam, Brenda Stillwell of Foley, Alabama, Joe (Shirley) Swift of Beaver Dam and Donna Tucker of Morgantown; one sister-in-law, Barbara Skaggs of Beaver Dam and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, July 16, 2022 Taylor Mine Baptist Church. Friends may visit with Fanya’s family from 10 AM until the time of the service Saturday at the church.
