Frances (Lee) Fulton

Frances Fulton, 94, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away peacefully Monday, January 2, 2023, at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born February 26, 1928, in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late William Lee and Kathleen Holder Lee.  Mrs. Fulton retired from a local sewing factory and was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Fulton and a daughter, Beverly Dean Shoopman.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, a daughter, Shelia Jean Phelps of Beaver Dam; grandson, Shawn (Ana Feliciano) Phelps of Houston, Texas; brother, Tommy Lee of Louisville, and sister, Billie Jean Truelove of Morgantown.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, January 5, 2023 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Greg Hillard officiating. Friends may visit with Mrs. Fulton’s family from 10 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
