Gerald Ford Nimmo

Gerald “Jerry” Ford Nimmo, 93, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away peacefully with his family by his side Sunday, May 24, 2026, at his home. He was born September 11, 1932, in McHenry, Kentucky to the late Vernie Nimmo and Eula Mae Ford Nimmo. Mr. Nimmo retired after serving twenty-four years with Weedman Motors, eleven years with Napa and seventeen years with Car Quest. He was a member of McHenry Baptist Church where he served as deacon.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Nimmo in 1991.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-nine years, Regena Embry Nimmo of Beaver Dam; his in-laws; several cousins and a host of friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
