Glenda C. (Clark) Deweese

Glenda C. Deweese, 76 of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving husband and family on Monday, May 11, 2026, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky, after a battle with cancer.

Glenda was born on October 24, 1949, the beloved daughter of the late John Irvin and Dortha Williams Clark. She worked at Beaver Dam Deposit Bank for several years and later retired from Citizens Bank. She attended Liberty Methodist Church. Glenda had a green thumb and loved working in her garden alongside Elbie and later canning her green beans and tomato juice. She also loved working with all her beautiful flowers.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 48 years, Elbie Deweese; brothers-in-law, Shelby Deweese, Larry Brown and Dennis Meador; sister-in-law, Yetta Meador and several nephews, cousins and close friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 15, 2026, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Dr. Glenn Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Glenda’s family from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
