Helen "Renee" (Wallace) McKinney

Helen “Renee” McKinney, 52, of Hartford, Kentucky passed away Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born April 8, 1971, in Paducah, Kentucky to Mary Helen Jones Berryman and the late William Wallace.

Aside from her father she was preceded in death by a grandson, Abel McKinney and her birth father, Donald Reynolds.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, two children, Kendra Howard (Garrett Calloway) of Fordsville and Brett McKinney of Hartford; grandson, Atticus McKinney; mother, Mary Berryman of Hartford; sister, Dondra (Chad) Renfrow of Beaver Dam; brother, William “Billy” Wallace II of Louisville; five nieces and nephews, Jacob, Justin, Canaan, Moses, Malachi, Meadow, and Glory, and significate other, Kent Howart.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Jerry Bratcher officiating. Friends may visit with Renee’s family from 10 AM until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
