Jean Baize, 82, of Echols, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born on December 2, 1938 to the late Conway Brown and Jessie Phelps Hill. Jean was a member of McHenry Baptist Church and she retired from Professional Care where she worked as an LPN.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kerry Baize; one son, Paul Kent Nalley and an infant daughter, Bobby Jean Nalley.
She leaves behind to cherish many memories, three children, Steve (Mary) Nalley of Beaver Dam, Robin Williams of Echols and Carla (John) Garvin of Owensboro; five siblings, Ernie (Martha) Brown of Centertown, Elvis (Donna) Brown of Tennessee, Janet (Tony) Hurt of Beaver Dam, Peggy (Forest) Jameson of McHenry and Nancy Jessen of Cleveland, Ohio. Jean was blessed with seven grandchildren, Edwina (Joey) Pharis, Shelly (Jason) Arnold, Paula Nalley, Richie Mosgrove, Jacqualine Stewart (James Courtney), Cyan (Gilbert) Johnson and Jason Williams; thirteen great-grandchildren, Alex, Hunter, Mason, Gracie, Kaleb, Trinity, Tracy, Mercedes, George, Kaleb, Gunnar, Chase, Dakota, Conner and one on the way; and five great-great grandchildren, Harper, Addison, Karoline, Kayelynn and Karson.
Graveside Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 16, 2021 at Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky has been entrusted with the arrangements.
