Jerry Wayne "Mustard" Henderson

Jerry Wayne “Mustard” Henderson, 68, of Hartford, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at his residence. He was born Monday, May 6, 1957, in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Carl and Thelma Mae Fulton Henderson.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Henderson.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his companion, Carolyn Baize of Hartford; children, Nathan Baize of Cromwell and Cody Baize of Hartford; grandchildren, Carly Baize and Noah Baize; two great grandchildren; siblings, Janice Barron of Beaver Dam, Linda (Larry) Heflin of Beaver Dam, Carl “Ben” (Nelda) Henderson of Cromwell, Jackie (Marilyn) Henderson of Cromwell and Ronnie Henderson as well as several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
