Joan "Joanie" Carol (Renfrow) Jones

Joan “Joanie” Carol Jones, 77 of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Morgantown Care and Rehab Center. She was born on February 10, 1944 in Ohio County to the late Yeullis and Mary England Renfrow. Joanie was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Jones and her caretakers, Aunt Edna Nichols and Grandmother Marie England. Survivors include her cousins, Pam Hansford of Clarksville, IN, Donna Kirby of Clarksville, IN, Debbie (Darrell) Abrams of Sellersburg, IN, Vickie Daniel of Jeffersonville, IN and Jimmy Miller of Jeffersonville, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, January 6, 2022 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Julio Barrera officiating. Burial will follow in Cane Run Cemetery in Horse Branch. Friends may visit with Joanie’s family from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
