Judy Yvonne (Hartman) Gabbard

Judy Yvonne Gabbard, 80, of Hartford, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Signature Healthcare in Hartford. She was born March 19, 1943, in Richmond, Indiana to the late Ray Hartman and Agnes Gratis Hartman. She retired from Richmond State Hospital as a dietician. Judy loved people; she made friends everywhere she went.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two children, Patricia Jack of Morgantown, Kentucky and Darrin Miller of Los Angeles, California; three grandchildren, Brittany Wicker, Hannah Williams and Brittany Miller; two great grandchildren, Leo and Lily and one on the way, Liam.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, April 24, 2023, at Smothers Park in Owensboro. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky has been entrusted with the arrangements.
