Larkin "Dwayne" Smith

Larkin “Dwayne” Smith, 75, of Cromwell, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 16, 2024, at UofL Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born May 8, 1949, in Hammond, Indiana to the late Fred Smith and Virginia Smith. He enjoyed his time spent outdoors, and the time he spent with his family.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in a death by his brother, David Smith.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty-five years, Sue Smith of Cromwell; son, Larkin “Dwayne” Smith, Jr. of Cromwell; two grandchildren, Paige Smith and Matthew Smith, and brother, Donald (Barbara) Smith.

Honoring his wishes there will be no public service held.
