Loretta Kaye (Mullins) Southard

Loretta K. Southard, 64 of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 at Ohio County Hospital. She was born on July 7, 1960 in Pikeville, Kentucky to the late Orion “Red” Mullins and Irene Holbrook Mullins. Loretta had previously worked at The Pizza Place.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Lou Simpson and Betty Leisler and one brother, James Mullins.

She leaves behind to cherish many memories, her husband of 27 years, James Robert Southard of Beaver Dam; four children, Michael Greer of Wisconsin, David Greer of Wisconsin, Laurie Southard of Alabama and Shaun (Erika) Southard of Beech Creek, Kentucky. Loretta was also blessed with three grandchildren.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
