Lynn Earl Hurt, 61 of Horse Branch, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his home. He was born on December 15, 1958 in Ohio County to the late Darrell E. and Violet Gezymalla Hurt. Lynn worked as a heavy equipment operator for Deweese Construction.

He leaves behind to cherish many memories, his wife of 26 years, Luella Hurt of Horse Branch; two sons, Jerry Wilson (Mitoo) Hurt of Bowling Green and Michael (Denise) Earle of New Jersey; two brothers, Jerry Wayne (Bonnie) Hurt of Horse Cave and Roger (Diane) Hurt of Beaver Dam; two step-sons, JJ (Sammie) Stevens of Owensboro and Jeremy (Beth) Stevens of Hartford. Lynn was blessed with nine grandchildren, Lynn Robert Hurt, Jerry A. Hurt, Abdul Hurt, Phoenix Earle, Jay Stevens, Monica Lynn Stevens, Serenity Stevens, Seth Stevens and Kelsey Stevens and several nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky has been entrusted with the arrangements.
