Naomi Ruth (Oaks) Havens

Naomi Ruth Havens, 81 of Hartford, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. She was born on April 24, 1942, in Pilot, Kentucky to the late Dewey and Ollie Hall Oaks. Mrs. Havens was a member of Bells Run Baptist Church in Whitesville, and she was a homemaker.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymon C. Havens; her son, Kenneth Ray Havens and six siblings, Glen Oaks, Walter Oaks, Roxie Harder, Wanda Sutherland, Verlon Oaks and Juanita Rogers.

Survivors include three brothers, Raymond (Trina) Oaks of Hartford, Roy Oaks of Morgantown, and Vernon (Lisa) Oaks of Morgantown; one grandson, Michael Meadors and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, November 9, 2023 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. John Cummins officiating. Burial will follow in Clear Run Cemetery in Hartford. Friends may visit with Mrs. Havens’ family from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
