Olivia Faulkner Obituary

Olivia Dawn Faulkner gained her angel wings peacefully on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born on September 10, 2020, the daughter of Patrick Franklin Faulkner Jr. and Jessica Brianne Myers Faulkner.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Greg Myers.

Survivors include her parents, Patrick and Jessica Faulkner of Hartford; her twin sister, Octavia Diane Faulkner of Hartford; maternal grandparents, Lisa (Jimmy) Leach of Hartford; paternal grandparents, Kimberly Faulkner of Utica and Patrick (Sherry) Faulkner Sr. of Eunice, New Mexico; Aunts and Uncles, Stephanie Drone, Nicholas (Ashley) Faulkner, Garrett (Brittney) Leach, Larrisa (Trey) Quinn, Samantha (Christopher) Cole, Kaitlynn (Cole) Reichert and Brennon (Brittany) Leach and several cousins.

Services will be held privately among family. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam has been entrusted with the arrangements.
