Phillip Wayne Morris

Phillip Wayne Morris, 62, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Monday, December 29, 2025. He was born on January 2, 1963, in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Wendell C Morris and Lula Belle Gilstrap Morris.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dewey and Alma Gilstrap; paternal grandparents, Bertha and Wavy Morris as well as two siblings, Terry Morris and Janice Morris.

Survivors include, his wife, Kim Morris of Owensboro; two stepchildren, Allen Veach of Owensboro and Delores (Freddie) Neighbors of Morgantown; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four siblings, Donald Morris of Drakesboro, Betsy Morris of Beaver Dam, Patricia Stevens of Morgantown and Waymon (Traci) Morris of Beaver Dam as well as several nieces and nephews.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
