Rose Ann (Wilber) Whitaker

Rose Ann Whitaker, 74, of Hartford, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 with her family by her side at Ohio County Healthcare. She was born August 3, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Charles C. and Orvella F. Wilber. Mrs. Whitaker was a homemaker.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by both her husbands, Taylor Hicks and Phillip “River Rat” Whitaker.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter, Roseanna and her husband, Walter Smallwood of Manchester, Kentucky and two grandchildren, Laura Elaine Fulkerson and William Fulkerson.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at William L. Danks Funeral Home, in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery in Hartford. Friends may visit with Mrs. Whitaker’s family from 10 AM until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
