Sara Kathleen (Jackson) Maine

Sara Kathleen Jackson Maine, 61 of Maineville, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023 at her home. She was born on June 28, 1962 in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Thomas L. and Betty Anne Baker Jackson. Sara was a 1980 graduate of Ohio County High School and went on to attend Western Kentucky University where she graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems. In 2002, Sara graduated from Xavier University with a Master Degree in Business Administration with certification in Project Management. Sara retired from Kings Island where she worked as an Information Technology Director. She loved to laugh and thoroughly enjoyed days at the Bon Aire in Saint Pete Beach, Florida with her family since she was young. Sara was a dedicated mother, wife, colleague, and friend who always put others before herself. She will never be forgotten.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Mark Burgess.

Sara leaves behind to cherish many precious memories, her Children, Asa Wesley Maine of Columbus, Ohio and Tara Kathleen Maine of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Dr. Elizabeth Burgess of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mary Lane Boustani and her husband Dr. Malaz Boustani of Carmel, Indiana and six nephews and nieces, Jordan Burgess, Meredith Burgess, Zoe Burgess, Zane Burgess, Katreen Boustani and Zayn Boustani.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. CST, Saturday, December 16, 2023 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Dr. Glenn Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Sara’s family from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
