Staci Jean Perry, 57, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026 surrounded by her family at U of L Hospital. She was born November 10, 1968 in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Edward Scott Kearns and Sheila Crowe McPeek. Staci was a professional photographer winning many awards in Phenoix, Arizona.
Aside from her father she was preceded in death by her son, Chad Lake Raymond, grandson, Parker Johnson; paternal grandparents, Nancy and Henry Kearns; maternal grandparents, HJ and Mildred Crowe, inlaws, Emmitt and Louise Perry; two brothers-in-law, Bruce Perry and Ricky Perry and uncle, Dennis Crowe.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of five years, Phillip Perry of Beaver Dam; mother, Sheila McPeek of Hartford; daughter, Britney (Martin) Jones of Horse Branch; grandchildren, Jayla Johnson (Jalen Blade), Maelynn Johnson (Calub Manley) and Mileia Raley; great grandchildren, Justice Blade and Lakelynn Manley as well as aunt, Ann Kearns Chatfield and uncle, Chris Crowe.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bishop James Crump officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Friends may visit from 4-8 PM Monday and 9 AM until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
