From the Family of Thomas Brooks…

As we’re sure you know, there is a potentially devastating winter storm projected to cover all of Kentucky over the next couple days, with impact going well into the week. Out of a desire for everyone’s safety, we have decided to cancel the formal funeral services for Dad.

We know this may be disappointing to many who would have wanted to say final goodbyes to Dad. He made such a positive impact on so many people’s lives.

I hope you know our hearts as we know that your love and affection will be felt by and for him well beyond a formal service and celebration of his life.

We all have stories.

We all have memories.

We all have the fingerprints of his life of love and service and kindness and grace on ours.

Our request over the next couple days is to take a moment to reflect and remember…and to look for opportunities, just as Dad did, to share even a small glimpse of love to someone in your life and smile as you think of him.

We love y’all!
Jason Brooks
