Jerry Morris, 71 of Beaver Dam passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at Ohio County Hospital in Hartford. He was born August 22, 1945 in Hartford to the late Oscar and Lottie May Burden Morris. Jerry was a United States Army and Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War and member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sons; Jason (Mary Ellen) Morris of Beaver Dam, Mark (Angela) Morris of Central City and Brian (Rose) Morris of Leitchfield, three brothers; Jack (Cathy) Morris of Hartford, Ed (Karen) Morris of Smiths Grove and Bob (Susie) Morris of DeMotte, IN, two sisters; Louise Moore of Lowel, IN and Judy (Randall) Bittle of Owensboro, five grandchildren; Luke, Lance, Kelsey, Lexie and Phillip.
A memorial service will be held at 4:30 P.M. Friday, October 21, 2016 at Taylormine Cemetery with Bro. Don Goatee officiating. Military Honors will be provided by Ohio County Honor Guard. Arrangements have been entrusted to William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
