Tonya Lanette (Willoughby) Hohimer

Tonya Lanette Hohimer, 49, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, gained her angel wings on Sunday, February 12, 2017, after a long battle with cancer. She was of the Baptist Faith, and worked for DSSA for 9 years. She instilled love and happiness wherever she went and to whomever she touched. Tonya was preceded in death by an infant daughter, unnamed; parents, H.C and Ethel Willoughby; three brothers, Butch Willoughby, Kenny Willoughby, and Robert Willoughby; and one sister, Terry Willoughby.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Gary Hohimer of Beaver Dam; three sons, Garrett (LeeAnne) Hohimer of Livermore, Kaleb (Michelle) Hohimer of Beaver Dam, and Jacob Hohimer of Beaver Dam; three grandchildren, Cicilia, Elliott and Layla Hohimer; four brothers, Charlie (Michelle) Cotton of Dundee, Ricky (Christie) Willoughby of Omaha, Illinois, Chuck Willoughby of Louisville and Jimmy (Sandy) Willoughby of Fordsville; three sisters, Becky Cotton (Jeff Jones) of Owensboro, Lisa (Dean) Raney of Shawneetown, Illinois and Sherry (Bruce) Hayes of Central City; adopted parents, Charles and Matilda Cotton of Beaver Dam; mother and father-in-law, Jim and Cindy Hohimer of Beaver Dam, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 17, 2017, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Brent Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Tonya’s family, Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., and Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
